Downtown ➜ Friday, 4pm-9pm, Saturday + Sunday, 11am-4pm
Old Town Spring ➜ Wednesday to Sunday, 11am-5pm
Is Monet's Collective jewelry waterproof?
Yes, all of our jewelry items including Italian charms are water-resistant and safe for sensitive skin.
Someone gifted me an Italian charm bracelet but it's not my size...
No worries, feel free to stop by any of our in person locations and get resized for free.
Will your charms fit a bracelet I already have?
Our charms use the standard (9mm) Italian link size, so they fit most Italian charm bracelets. Bring yours in and we'll check the fit for you.
Do I need an appointment?
Nope! Walk-ins are always welcome. Coming with a big group? Send us a DM so we can make sure you get the full charm bar experience.
What is an Italian charm bracelet?
It's a stretchy bracelet made of flat stainless steel links. Any link can be swapped out for a charm, so you build it piece by piece and change it whenever you want.
PRIVATE EVENTS
Can I rent out the shop for a party?
Yes! Book our Old Town Spring shop for a private charm party. It's perfect for birthdays, bridal showers, girls' nights, and team outings. Your group gets the shop all to yourselves for 2 hours.
How many people can I bring?
Up to 20 guests. Have a bigger group? Email us at monets.collective@gmail.com and we'll figure it out together!
Can kids have a charm party?
Yes! Charm parties are perfect for birthdays. Guests musts be 8+ years old and need a minimum of 2 adults at the party.
How do I book?
Email monets.collective@gmail.com with your preferred date, time, and guest count.
A 50% deposit holds your date and the rest is due the day of the party. Deposits are non-refundable, but you can reschedule once with [14] days' notice.
